THİNK GOOD AND BE HEALTHY



 Why We Must Think  Good ?


  Life is way for learn. Today, tomorrow and the other days. When we said hello to this life? What we gave to the earth? Happiness? Sincerity? Try to think and do  good things from now on.

  Life is very hard. We must handle with our problems. We don't know tomorrow what will bring to us.

 Keep thinking  positive. When you wake up look at the sky and say hello to the earth. Listen to the sound of the birds, leafs and the winds.Try to forget about bad things. Dont give permission them to came into your day or to the other day. You need to cry, laugh everything is for us. Life can be good if we feel good.  


What Can We Do To Stay Good?


 Take a deep breath. Go somewhere else. Fresh air is good for our health. Feed the pets. İf you can't do this open your windows twice time a day. Fresh air will give you happiness. Try to be happy. Dont be afraid of love. İf we think positive we will have good relationships.


 Most of the thing in this life are reguiring to be patient and hardworking. Some researches which published  in recent years proves that those who have an active lifestyle are more healthier than the others. Do some sports ,walking, riding, swimming. Keep being strong  whatever you live..
